Looks like Tiger Woods is human after all. Trying to extend his streak of six straight PGA Tour wins, Woods ran out of miracles Sunday at the Buick Invitational. Woods shot a final-round 68, but faltered down the stretch, while Phil Mickelson responded to win for the first time in 18 months.
