The Seattle Mariners on Thursday finalized the first blockbuster deal of the century, sending Ken Griffey Jr. to the Cincinnati Reds in exchange for pitcher Brett Tomko, outfielder Mike Cameron and a pair of minor leaguers. "February 10, 2000 will go down in Reds history, major league history, as the day the Michael Jordan of baseball came home to Cincinnati," beamed Reds GM Jim Bowden.
